Accounting Manager (La Romana)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting with a specialization in tax knowledge, preferable in a multi-group company environment

  • Experience in people management

  • Extensive Knowledge of Dominican Republic Statutory Regulations, Tax regulations, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and consolidation

  • Good knowledge of the Government Incentives, Contract management & Project Management,

  • Have experience in the management of related party transactions and discipline of month-end closings in companies

  • Fluent in English is a must,

  • Have a good capability of delegating, team management and leading

  • Being able to quickly take justifiable decisions, even in uncertain situations,

  • Being able to adjust to new situations and act accordingly

  • Executive maturity with a strong analytical perspective and high negotiation skills.
